Speaking of Shinjuku, I think that many people come to "Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal" at the south exit of Shinjuku. It's easy to imagine that things wouldn't have been settled so easily due to the speculation of various parties, but at the time of opening, Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal was a difficult facility to use.

For example, the number of toilets is absolutely small, and especially for women, long-term traffic jams are a daily occurrence, and despite the fact that they have a bus terminal function, this is also an absolutely insufficient waiting time. There are many seats in the place, and there are many others, but it was a situation that I thought that some people did not like such a situation and started avoiding the use of Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal.

In a situation where it is commonplace for people to sit on the ground and wait for the bus, I have mixed feelings about whether I really needed a busta.

It is said that the highway bus stops scattered around 19 places around the station were consolidated, but it is doubtful whether this was absolutely necessary in the first place, and as a result, it became an element of chronic congestion on the road around Busta.Since the initial explanation of the government office stated that traffic congestion should be resolved, there is a sense of disappointment here as well.

On the other hand, it is a straightforward welcome move to actively incorporate the know-how of the private sector through this revision of the Road Law.Basically, it's a facility for getting on and off the bus, so it's enough that the toilet, waiting area, convenience store, etc., function without stress.I sincerely hope that the situation at the time of opening Shinjuku will not happen again.
