Did you know that there are many producers who use environmentally friendly production methods to make Tabe Choku a sustainable primary industry? We have launched an SDGs special feature that collects products from producers from seven different perspectives, including ``processed products made from non-standard ingredients'' and ``unused fish that for some reason do not reach the market.''We also feature recipes that use up ingredients that are directly passed down by producers using parts that we usually tend to throw away!Why not contribute to the SDGs while enjoying ingredients at home?
