Speaking of Kamiichi Town in Toyama Prefecture, many people probably associate it with Baba Island. Mt. Tsurugidake's Hayatsuki Ridge trailhead is Babajima.

Anyway, I'm sure I'm not the only one who smiled when I heard "Toyama's Black Udon".Although it is a town revitalization, how did udon become black?Just imagining it makes me excited.I love the people of Toyama.

When I visit Toyama for mountain climbing, I am looking forward to trying "Toyama Black (Ramen)", and it would be nice if this udon can be eaten casually in Toyama City. I think there are many people who are looking forward to it because it looks like it will look good on SNS (laughs)
